AusDirect Care, a Brisbane-based organization, was born out of a profound calling and personal experiences. Our founder, Theo, hails from Melbourne, where he grew up alongside his sister, who has Down syndrome, and his uncle, who has a visual impairment. Little did Theo know that these early family dynamics would shape his life's purpose.

Theo's heart was touched deeply by his sister's and uncle's unique challenges and experiences. It ignited a passion within him to make a difference in the lives of individuals facing similar circumstances. It was a calling that couldn't be ignored.
